IPC-BIN LOADER / ELEVATOR

The IPC Bin loader is used for transferring and discharging the material dust free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder in to HSMG bowl, hopper of tablet press, Container of blender, Load tablet in to hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and as well as used for online sifting and milling. ELEVATOR is custom designed to lift and position any type of container. These units are constructed using various standard assemblies which offer individual solution to each application of solid dosage manufacturing and also for liquid compounding operation. This system is evolved to achieve dust free transfer of in-process materials enhancing cGMP standard, and simultaneously eliminating laborious manual operation.

  • All contact parts AISI 316 & non-contact parts AISI 304.
  • Capacity available 30 Kg to 600 Kg.
  • Suitable for inline process with Milling and Sifter.

  • 360-degree swiveling movement of lifting arm.
  • Loading height designed as per end-user requirement and slab height.
  • Structure cladding is S.S.304 quality and matt finished.
  • Hydraulic power pack system for lifting.
  • If the power goes off, the loader remains where it was.
  • Limit switches are provided to stop the hydraulic drive when the stroke is completed.
  • The IPC BIN LOADER consists of a main frame, Bin fixing arm, Hydraulic lifting device, and pivot base. This main frame moves 360 degrees on an axis, and the Bin fixing arm moves upward and downward in the frame by a hydraulic cylinder and power pack system. The movable container/Bin is placed beneath the fixing arm, operating the hydraulic drive system, which lifts the arm with the container and raises it till it stops exactly in position. Then, the column is slewed to swivel the bin over the inlet of the next processing equipment, and it could be unloaded by opening the butterfly valve on the next processing equipment.
